Acceptance of TermsLA.GG Free Media Hosting (known as "LA.GG" now and hereafter) welcomes you. LA.GG provides it's services to you, the user, and therefore by creating an account and/or using the website, you agree to adhere to the Terms of Service ("Terms") provided in this document. You agreed to this document by clicking "I agree to the Terms" when/if you registered an account on the server. Description of Service
LA.GG provides users with the ability to upload any file they wish to upload, as long as they adhere to the Terms provided. Uploading copyrighted and/or illegal file(s) is strictly prohibited, and could possibly result in deletion of file(s), removal of account, banning of machines from the server, as well as possible legal action, should it be taken to that extent. Please be aware that users of LA.GG could upload content that contain adult or mature themes. You must be at least 18 years of age to access and view such content. You understand that everything you upload is considered to be yours and not the subsidiary of LA.GG, and you cannot involve LA.GG in any legal action against you or the file(s) you upload.
Registration Obligations
In consideration of your use of LA.GG, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to: provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by LA.GG's registration form and maintain and promptly update the data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or LA.GG has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, LA.GG has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use.
Account Security
You will receive your password and account information upon completing LA.GG's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify LA.GG of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. LA.GG cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

You may not use LA.GG to do the following:
- post or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a site official, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
- forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any content served from LA.GG;
- interfere with or disrupt LA.GG or servers or networks connected to LA.GG, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to LA.GG;
- intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, any regulations having the force of law;
- "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
- collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in the paragraphs above.
You agree to indemnify and hold La.GG and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through your use of or your connection to LA.GG, your violation of the Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
Storage and Use of Data
You acknowledge that La.GG may establish general practices and limits concerning use of LA.GG, including without limitation the maximum number of days that files and comments will be retained by LA.GG, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access LA.GG in a given period of time. You agree that La.GG has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data and other communications. You acknowledge that LA.GG reserves the right to modify these general practices and limits from time to time.

LA.GG may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because La.GG has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that La.GG is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that La.GG shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.

LA.GG collects personal information when you register, and when you use the website. When you register, we ask for information such as your name and e-mail address. Once you register with LA.GG and login, you are not anonymous to us.
